This remarkable location is huge... whether the outer Bailey ground of the Roman and Norman settlements, or the 100ft Norman Keep. From a Saxon settlement, to a Roman fort; to a Norman power base to a Prisoner of War camp, Portchester Castle has dominated the Portsmouth harbour for a millennia.
We offer a very special opportunity to explore the Inner Bailey of the Castle after dark. You will get the opportunity to take part in your own paranormal investigation at one of the largest locations we visit. Although we have the whole castle to explore we will focus our attention on the Inner Bailey and The Keep which towers over the castle.
